The app requests the following permissions only when necessary:
- Network Access: Required for connecting to servers for music generation, cloud sync, and authentication.
- Push Notifications: Optional. Used to notify you when music generation tasks are completed, even when the app is in the background.
- Storage / Files: Requested only when you actively share or save music files locally.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information exclusively for the following purposes:
- Providing Services: To authenticate your identity, generate music, store your tracks, and manage your credits/subscriptions.
- Push Notifications: To notify you when your music generation tasks are completed via Apple Push Notification service (APNs).
- Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns in aggregate (non-identifiable) to improve our services.
- Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
We will never use your data for advertising, user profiling, or selling to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
To provide high-quality AI music generation, cloud storage, authentication, and payment functions, we integrate with carefully selected third-party technical services, including but not limited to:
- AI Music Generation Services: Your text prompts and lyrics are sent to AI service providers for music generation. Data is transmitted in encrypted form and processed anonymously.
- Cloud Infrastructure Services: We use cloud service providers for data storage, authentication, and database management to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Apple Services: Including Sign in with Apple (authentication), App Store (payment processing), and Apple Push Notification service (push notifications).
- Google Services: Including Google Sign-In for user authentication.
We ensure that:

- Third-party service providers process data subject to their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to protect your information.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
4. Data Security
- Transmission Encryption: All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption protocols.
- Storage Security: Your cloud data is stored on protected servers using Row Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring data isolation between users.
- Authentication Security: Passwords are securely hashed. Third-party login uses industry-standard OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect protocols.
- Local Data: Progress data stored locally on your device (e.g., generation task progress) is accessible only by the app and is cleared when tasks complete.
5. Your Rights and Data Control
- Access: You can view all your generated music and account information within the app.
- Deletion: You can delete individual music tracks at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed from the cloud.
- Account Deletion: You can delete your account in app settings. Upon deletion, all data (account info, credits, subscription benefits, generated music) is permanently and irrecoverably deleted.
- Notification Control: You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
- Data Portability: You can share and export your generated music files at any time using the in-app share feature.
6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located in different countries to provide our services. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as our business develops. Material changes will be communicated through in-app announcements. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
