1. Service Description
MusicGo AI (hereinafter referred to as "MusicGo" or "we") provides AI-driven music generation services. Our core features include:
- AI Music Generation: Create original music tracks using AI technology based on your text prompts and lyrics.
- Music Editing: Edit and re-generate existing music tracks with modified prompts or lyrics.
- Cloud Library: Store, manage, and sync your generated music across devices.
- Music Sharing: Share your generated music via the system share sheet.
- Credit System: A credit-based system for music generation. Different AI models consume different amounts of credits.
- Subscription & In-App Purchases: Premium membership and credit packs available through in-app purchases.
- Push Notifications: Notify you when your music generation tasks are completed.
2. Accounts and Authentication
- Registration: You may register using email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You must provide accurate and complete information.
- Guest Mode: You may use certain basic features without registering. However, account registration is required to access the music library, generation queue, and other core features.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
- One-Time Bonus: New user bonus credits are limited to one claim per device. Attempting to obtain bonuses through multiple accounts or other fraudulent means is prohibited.
- Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data, including generated music, credits, and subscription benefits, will be permanently and irrecoverably removed.
3. Credits and Payments
3.1 Credit System
- Music generation requires credits. The number of credits consumed depends on the AI model selected.
- Credits can be obtained through: new user bonuses, in-app credit pack purchases, or as part of a subscription plan.
- Credits are non-transferable and are bound to your account.
3.2 Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)
- MusicGo AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide credits and enhanced features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
3.3 In-App Purchases
- Credit packs and other one-time purchases are non-refundable once consumed.
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
4. User Conduct
When using our services, you must not:
- Use the service for any illegal activities, or to create, store, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use technical means to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, servers, or networks.
- Input generation prompts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the service without our prior written consent.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service or any content generated through it without proper authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
- Platform Rights: All software, interfaces, technology, trademarks, and branding of MusicGo AI are owned by or licensed to us. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this agreement.
- User-Generated Works: Music generated by you using this platform may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with this agreement. Commercial use of generated music requires an active premium subscription. We do not claim ownership over the musical content generated by users.
- User Input: You retain ownership of the text prompts and lyrics you input. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of generating music.
6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
- AI-Generated Content: Our service relies on third-party AI models. Generated results are inherently non-deterministic. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, originality, or suitability of any generated content.
- Service Availability: We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by network failures, third-party service outages, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
- No Warranty: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice.
- You may discontinue use of the service at any time by deleting your account.
- Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Credits and subscription benefits are not refundable upon termination for cause.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
